Electrical Performance Parameters

Rated voltage: Suitable for medium-voltage systems, the common rated voltages are 3kV, 6kV and 10kV, which can be adapted to industrial power grids of different voltage levels to meet the needs of various types of medium-voltage motor drive, whether it is the motors of large-scale industrial fans and pumps, or the motors with high loads of mining, metallurgy and other industries, all of them can be accessed in a stable manner.

Structure design features

Arc extinguishing system: the use of advanced arc extinguishing technology and materials, such as vacuum arc extinguishing chamber or magnetic blowing arc extinguishing device. The vacuum arc extinguishing chamber utilizes the high vacuum environment to quickly extinguish the arc, reduce contact erosion and prolong service life; the magnetic blowing arc extinguishing device accelerates the cooling and extinguishing of the arc by blowing the arc into the arc extinguishing grids through the magnetic field to ensure that the contactor can reliably break the circuit and reduce the risk of failure due to the arc in the frequent operation of the switching and closing.

Contact material: the main contact adopts silver alloy and other high-performance conductive materials, with good conductivity and anti-melting performance. In the process of long-term through current, the contact is not easy to oxidize, wear, and can maintain a stable contact resistance, to protect the stability and reliability of current transmission, reduce the contact contact due to poor heat, fire and other problems.

Protection level: The overall protection level reaches IP20 and above, which can effectively prevent fingers or foreign objects with a diameter of more than 12mm from touching the internal electrically charged parts, and in industrial environments, it can resist the intrusion of dust, small particles and other debris to ensure the normal operation of the internal electrical components and prolong the service life of the contactor, which is suitable for dusty cement factories, textile factories and other industrial scenarios.


Installation and Maintenance

Installation Convenience: Compact design, reasonable size, mounting holes in line with industry standards, easy to install in control cabinets, distribution boxes and other equipment. Reasonable design and clear marking of the terminals are convenient for wiring operation, which can effectively shorten the installation time, reduce the installation cost and improve the installation efficiency of the industrial electrical system.

Maintenance points: daily maintenance is mainly to check the contact wear, terminal fastening and arc extinguishing system is normal. When the contact is slightly worn, it can be repaired by grinding; if it is seriously worn, it is necessary to replace the contact in time. Tighten the terminals regularly to prevent the contact resistance from increasing due to loosening, heat and other problems. If the arc extinguishing system is damaged or its performance decreases, the relevant parts should be replaced in time to ensure that the breaking capacity of the contactor is not affected.
