1. Guiding ideology

 Deepen the structural reform of the supply side of the printing industry, strengthen the system design of the green development of the printing industry, promote the comprehensive upgrading of the green development of the printing industry, and promote the high-quality development of the printing industry through innovation.

Deepen the supply-side structural reform of the printing industry, strengthen the upstream and downstream information exchange and division of labor cooperation of the whole industrial chain, and promote the formation of a joint force for the green upgrading and development of the printing industry.

4. Replace old growth drivers with new ones.
