Medium and long-term plan for the development of hydrogen energy industry

The Plan requires that the National Development and Reform Commission establish an inter-ministerial coordination mechanism for the development of the hydrogen energy industry, coordinate to solve major problems in the development of hydrogen energy, and study and formulate related supporting policies. All regions and departments should fully understand the significance of developing the hydrogen energy industry, unify the thinking, understanding and action into the decision-making and deployment of the Party Central Committee and The State Council, strengthen organizational leadership and overall coordination, consolidate responsibilities, strengthen policy guidance and support, and ensure that planning goals and key tasks are implemented through pilot demonstrations, publicity and guidance, supervision and evaluation measures.
