We will further create a market-oriented, law-based and international business environment, strengthen service guarantees for factors such as labor and logistics for foreign-funded projects, encourage foreign-funded enterprises to give full play to their raw materials, technologies and market advantages, increase investment in China's petrochemical, chemical and new materials, fine chemicals, green and low-carbon fields, and accelerate the implementation and stable operation of foreign-funded projects.
