Converged infrastructure is an important part of the new infrastructure, mainly refers to the deep application of the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and other technologies to support the transformation and upgrading of traditional infrastructure, and then formed a new type of infrastructure. Converged infrastructure is broad in scope and involves all areas of traditional infrastructure. At present, in accordance with the needs of China's economic and social development and the requirements of the new industrialization, IT application, urbanization and agricultural modernization, the focus should be on industry, transportation, energy, people's livelihood, the environment, cities, agriculture and rural areas. Specifically, the first is to build a high level of industrial Internet, the second is to develop collaborative and efficient transportation and logistics infrastructure, the third is to build a clean and efficient smart energy system, the fourth is to build advanced and inclusive smart people's livelihood infrastructure, the fifth is to form a green and intelligent environmental infrastructure, the sixth is to build a smart new urban infrastructure, the third is to build a clean and efficient smart energy system. The development of integrated infrastructure should follow the context of building networks, creating wisdom and empowering people's lives, and focusing on coordination, actively use the new generation of information technology to promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional facilities and industries, and promote the transformation of production and organizational methods, so as to gradually form a new networked, intelligent, service-oriented and collaborative infrastructure system.

First, build networks and promote connectivity of various types of infrastructure

Networking is a typical symbol of modern information technology, and it is also a key development aspect of converged infrastructure. At present, China's infrastructure is still generally faced with insufficient connectivity and data sharing. To fully develop integrated infrastructure, it is necessary to make good use of the characteristics of modern information technology networking and interconnection, connect infrastructure in various industries and fields efficiently and securely, promote the effective flow of data factors, promote the efficient interconnection of other production factors, and promote the high-quality development of the entire infrastructure system. Infrastructure connectivity should be advanced step by step in different areas. In the industrial field, it is necessary to build a highly reliable, wide coverage, large bandwidth, and customizable industrial Internet network, promote the effective interconnection of various industrial facilities, and achieve quality improvement, cost reduction, emission reduction, and efficiency increase for industrial enterprises; In the field of energy, it is necessary to build a multi-energy collaborative energy network, build a strong energy Internet, and drive the overall innovation capacity building of the energy industry. In the field of environmental protection, it is necessary to strengthen the overall monitoring and disposal efficiency of the ecological environment, and provide data protection for the disposal of environmental problems.

Second, create wisdom and empower, stimulate the value of infrastructure data elements

The essence of converged infrastructure lies in "intelligence", that is, through building intelligent computing capabilities and deploying intelligent computing methods, to realize the perceptual aggregation and intelligent computing of infrastructure data information. Intelligence is the main development direction of current information technology, which can gather information, solidify knowledge and build capacity through algorithm models, and greatly improve the work efficiency of infrastructure. The new infrastructure will collect and monitor the operating status data of the infrastructure through the deployment of ubiquitous sensing equipment, collect and train into various intelligent algorithm models, and then carry out various intelligent work such as auxiliary decision-making, automatic operation, prediction and early warning, and promote the intelligent upgrade of various infrastructure.
