Improve political standing, strengthen political responsibility, and effectively enhance the sense of responsibility and mission of thematic education

On the way forward, in the face of the historical test of high winds and waves, we base ourselves on the "two big picture", bear in mind the "great nation", firmly grasp the general requirements, fundamental tasks and specific goals of thematic education, constantly enhance the sense of political responsibility and historical mission, closely integrate energy development, carefully deploy and plan, and promote with high standards and high quality implementation. For the construction of a strong country and national rejuvenation, the heart gathers strength and the root casts the soul.

Deeply understand the significance of thematic education.  Energy is vital to the national economy, people's livelihood and national security, and is vital to the prosperity and development of the country, the improvement of people's lives and the long-term stability of society.  The report of the Party's 20th National Congress regards energy as an important part of the modern industrial system, as an important starting point for accelerating the green transformation of the development mode, as a key area for actively and steadily promoting carbon to peak carbon neutrality, and as a key area for national security system and capacity building, and makes clear the coordinates and positioning of energy in the overall layout of the Chinese-style modernization construction, with great responsibilities and glorious missions. In the new era, the new journey, in the face of the new situation and new challenges and new deployment and new requirements of energy development, carrying out theme education is an inevitable requirement of unifying thought, unifying will, and unifying action, an inevitable requirement of promoting party members and cadres to act as, and constantly creating a new situation in the development of energy, and an inevitable requirement of deeply promoting comprehensive strict governance of the Party and forging a team of energy cadres worthy of the important task of national rejuvenation. Carefully planned and deployed thematic education.  We take thematic education as a top political task, play the "first chess", fight the "initiative", plan in advance, carefully organized and systematic arrangements, and make full preparations for a good game of thematic education.
