Open the new vision of fiber, science and technology green "play the leading role"

The 2018 China Chemical Fiber Science and Technology Conference, with the theme of "New vision of fiber - Wisdom, integration of science and technology, creation, and enjoy the future", combined with scientific and technological achievements, provides new ideas, opens up new horizons, and promotes new achievements for intelligent manufacturing, scientific and technological innovation, product promotion, brand building, and green development of the chemical fiber industry. At the chemical fiber Science and Technology conference, Duan Xiaoping, president of the China Chemical Fiber Industry Association, made a keynote speech on "Building a chemical fiber power - China's chemical fiber" 13th Five-Year Plan "mid-term assessment", introduced the development status quo of new fiber materials since China's "13th Five-Year Plan", the existing shortcomings and future development ideas for understanding, and committed to promoting technological progress and industrial upgrading of the industry.

More power: green manufacturing has made new progress

As the world's largest producer and consumer of chemical fiber, the green development of China's chemical fiber is related to the national economy and people's livelihood. In this context, the work related to the green fiber logo has become a key link to promote the green process of China's chemical fiber industry and even China's textile industry, reflecting a kind of responsibility as a major chemical fiber producer. In order to promote sustainable development, this year, the cellulose fiber industry set up a green development alliance, and the work of "green fiber" is also steadily advancing.

The work related to the green fiber label aims to advocate the green design, green materials and green manufacturing of products, promote environmental protection and public health, and then achieve the dual goals of enterprise development and social responsibility. From 2015 to now, 21 enterprises have joined the green fiber logo related work, these enterprises attach great importance to the green fiber logo related work, as one of the important directions of industrial transformation and upgrading, in team building, production and technology equipped with a strong force, committed to achieve the green and sustainable fiber life cycle. It has laid a solid foundation for the green development of enterprises and industries.

Duan Xiaoping pointed out that in terms of green development, the next step of the chemical fiber industry needs to work from the following aspects: Focus on improving the green and improve the level of green manufacturing service platform of the chemical fiber industry. Increase the promotion and publicity of green fiber logo certification, formulate a three-year action plan for green fiber certification, increase the proportion of green fiber certification enterprises in the chemical fiber industry, and drive the green development of the chemical fiber industry and even the entire textile industry chain. Implement the three-year action plan for the cellulose fiber industry, and steadily promote the work of the Green Alliance for recycled cellulose fiber. Continue to strengthen the support and guidance of the Green Yu Fund for new green manufacturing technologies and processes, establish the basic database of the whole life cycle of chemical fiber products, and provide the overall solution of chemical fiber green manufacturing.

Actively participate in the green manufacturing special work of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and increase the number of green products, green factories and green industrial chain in the chemical fiber industry. Focus on cultivating the green design ability of chemical fiber products, strengthen the application of key technologies of chemical fiber green design, improve the green development awareness and green design ability of enterprises, and promote the combination of green design with product innovation and development and technical process improvement. Comprehensively improve the green level of production process, adopt energy-saving equipment, develop energy saving and green energy utilization technology, and improve energy utilization efficiency; Adopt the green process equipment technology with less pollution and no pollution, actively develop antimony-free catalyst polyester fiber, reduce and eliminate the production and discharge of waste and dirt, and carry out the comprehensive treatment of the discharged pollutants. The fifth is to build a standard system for chemical fiber energy saving and green manufacturing, improve energy saving, water saving and other indicators, accelerate the revision of energy consumption, water consumption, carbon emissions, clean production and other standards, and improve the standardization level of green development of chemical fiber industry.

Industry risks can not be ignored, and high-quality development needs are more urgent

Duan Xiaoping analysis, in 2019, the world economy will still be on the recovery track, but the negative impact of risk factors such as the contraction of liquidity caused by the US dollar interest rate hike and the intensification of US trade protectionism on global economic growth will gradually appear, and the global economic growth rate and China's economic growth rate are expected to decline. Affected by changes in the external environment, the pressure on China's macroeconomic operation will increase, but the general trend of stable development will not fundamentally change, and the fundamentals of the development of the chemical fiber industry will not fundamentally change. The Central Economic Work Conference held last year outlined the direction of economic work in 2019 with "five adherence" and "six stability". The risk factors faced by the chemical fiber industry can not be ignored, as the industry demand growth has slowed down, the industry to promote high-quality development of the internal demand is more urgent, we must focus on improving production efficiency and anti-risk ability, in order to continue to maintain a stable development trend.
