We will deepen regional coordinated and smart management, complete the joint operation of monitoring and command of traffic operations for the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympic Winter Games in high quality, strengthen the sharing of hydrological and water quality data of trans-boundary rivers, and improve the coordinated operation of flood control.

We will strengthen the capacity for joint governance and sharing of infrastructure.
