(I) Industrial automation production line

Automobile Manufacturing Production Line: In the automated production line of an automobile manufacturing factory, each link from the stamping, welding, and painting of parts to the assembly of the whole vehicle is highly dependent on precise automation control. GE Fanuc IC695PSA140B advanced PAC system connects various types of automation equipment on the production line, such as stamping presses, welding robots, painting equipment, and assembly robots, etc. 

In the stamping process, sensors collect real-time data of stamping pressure, stroke, and other data, and analyse these data according to the pre-set pre-set pre-set data. In the stamping process, the pressure and stroke data of the stamping press are collected in real time by sensors, and the IC695PSA140B system processes and analyses the data in depth, and sends precise control instructions to the stamping press according to the preset control logic, adjusting the working parameters of the stamping press to ensure the high precision and quality of the stamped parts.

In the placement process, the system accurately controls the suction nozzle action and movement trajectory of the mounter according to the positional information of the components and the operation status of the mounter to ensure that the components are accurately mounted on the circuit board. In the reflow soldering process, real-time monitoring of the oven temperature, accurate adjustment of the power of the heating device, to ensure that the welding temperature curve in line with the process requirements, to improve the quality of welding. 

In the inspection process, connecting the sensors of the inspection equipment, the performance of electronic products is comprehensively inspected, such as electrical performance, appearance quality, etc. According to the inspection results, the sorting equipment is controlled to accurately classify qualified products and unqualified products, so as to realise the automated control and quality inspection of the production process of electronic products.
