Working Principle

The working process of GE T30-04E industrial control module can be summarised as three main links: signal reception, processing and analysis, and control output. First of all, the module receives various analogue or digital signals from sensors, transmitters and other front-end equipment through specific interfaces, and these signals reflect the real-time operating status of industrial equipment. 

Then, the module uses the internal preset complex control strategies and algorithms to process and analyse the collected signals in depth, and calculate the deviation of the current operating state of the equipment from the ideal state. Finally, according to the analysis results, the module generates corresponding control signals and outputs them to the actuators, such as motors, valves, etc., to accurately adjust the operating parameters of the equipment and achieve precise control of industrial equipment. At the same time, the module also interacts with other equipment and systems through the communication interface, shares real-time equipment operation data and control instructions, and collaborates with all parties to achieve automation and intelligent management of industrial production processes.
