Installation and usage precautions

1. Installation environment: It should be installed inside a well ventilated, dry, dust-free, and non corrosive gas cabinet, avoiding direct sunlight and severe vibration, ensuring good module heat dissipation, and working environment temperature not exceeding the rated range.

2. Wiring specifications: Strictly follow the wiring diagram in the product manual for wiring, distinguish between input and output terminals, ensure correct connection of positive and negative poles, and avoid short circuits. Before wiring, it is necessary to cut off the higher-level power supply to ensure safe operation.

3. Load matching: The output load of the module should be controlled within the rated current range to avoid long-term overload operation. If power expansion is required, multiple modules should be connected in parallel, and the parallel modules should be products of the same model and specification.

4. Daily maintenance: Regularly check the module status indicator lights, clean the surface and surrounding dust of the module, and check whether the wiring terminals are loose. If a fault alarm occurs, the load or input power supply problem should be promptly investigated, and professional technicians should be contacted for repair if necessary.

5. Safety warning: The module operates with high voltage electricity, and non professionals are prohibited from disassembling or touching internal components. During maintenance, all input power sources must be cut off first, and the capacitor discharge must be completed before operation.
