TRICONEX 8310 Power module
Each Tricon case is equipped with two power supply modules, either of which is fully capable of running Tricon at full load and rated temperature. The power module can be replaced online.
Located on the left side of the chassis, the power supply module converts line power to DC power and is suitable for all Tricon modules. The system ground terminal, input power terminal, and hard-wired alarm terminal are located at the lower left corner of the backplane. The rated input power of each power supply should be at least 240 watts.
Specifications:
Rated voltage: 220V
Fuse rating and: 5 amps
Output hold time: at least 20 ms
Diagnostic indicators: Pass, fault, alarm, temperature
The alarm contact of the power module is closed under the following conditions:
• The system lacks a module
• Hardware configuration conflicts with controller logic configuration
• Module failure
• The main processor detects system faults
• The primary power supply is faulty
• The power module has a low battery or High temperature warning
